At the dialogue event “Kühle Köpfe für eine gesunde Heimat” on 9 December 2025 in Dachau, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khoja gave a speech on “Integrating Health Protection and Climate Protection in Urban Development.”

He addressed the growing challenges posed by heatwaves and extreme weather and highlighted the role of climate-resilient infrastructure and health-oriented urban planning in improving quality of life and long-term urban resilience. The discussion emphasized practical, locally applicable solutions and the importance of cooperation between municipalities, the health sector, emergency services, and other key stakeholders.
